Testimonials

There are many real estate agents out there, but I can confidently say that the standards and professionalism with which Rooz and his team conduct themselves are among the best I’ve experienced. Rooz is not only knowledgeable but also the utmost professional. He goes above and beyond by providing access to a network of highly qualified professionals, making the entire process seamless and exceptional.

Working with Rooz was a great experience from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like we were in control of the process. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer our questions and support us every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Rooz made the experience feel smooth and manageable. We’re so thankful for his help and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing real estate support.

I met Kevin during the sale of my co workers house. This was my first home purchase, he found exactly what I wanted and was always there to answer questions, his experience and knowledge is what you would expect when buying or selling, we just finished selling my first condo and everything he said was accomplished in the timeline agreed upon and then some. If are looking for a realtor that has your interests in mind I highly recommend reaching out.

Rooz is an amazing agent with great customer service. He is so caring and patient. He bought a condo in short period of time, with the best price in the market. Highly recommend him!

I  am so thankful to have been introduced to Rooz a few years back because I couldn’t ask for a more professional and efficient realtor. Rooz is on the ball, quick to reply and gets back to any emails/calls/texts very quickly and is extremely organized. Rooz sold my condo several days after it was listed. Rooz and his team handled everything from A-Z and are extremely knowledgeable about the market. I felt very secure knowing my condo was in his hands to sell. Rooz and his team came through with flying colours. I’ve dealt with many realtors before and Rooz by far is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I will recommend Rooz and his team to all my friends and family every single time. He will work hard for you as if you were family. Thank you Rooz !

Rooz has been our realtor since August of 2015. He had helped us in few occasions (purchased a Surrey house at Cedar Hills in 2015, and a New Westminster condo in 2017). Recently, due to inflation and high mortgage rates, we decided to downsize. So, we listed our Surrey house (currently ‘under contract’), with Rooz and his team’s hard work, we’ll have a high possibility of closing in mid-April 2024. With all our dealings with Rooz and his team, they are always professional and think what’s best for us as clients. In addition to his dedicated Remax team, Rooz has a network of professionals such as broker(s), lawyer(s), and private lender(s) who helped us with our mortgages needs, including financing in the last 8.5 years. It is amazing what they can do to help their clients, that some major banks are finding difficult to provide. So, if you are in need of a realtor, Rooz & his team can definitely help you with your selling and purchasing needs; with an extra bonus of introduction to network of professionals that can help you during the inception and right after (initial mortgage financing and renewals). Contact Rooz and his team, and find it for yourself. I hope this review is helpful.

It was my first time and experience where I had to sell my property in a timely manner to purchase another. Rooz and his team, worked quickly, guided me and informed me with everything needed to make that successful. I couldn’t be any happier with the result and I’m very happy how smooth it went.

I connected to Rooz and his team to buy a property. They are the best and of course supper professional. Rooz is available like your best friend all the times. He always has an ace up his sleeve especially in difficult situations. Happy to work with them .

Rooz and his team were a tremendous asset to have in our corner during the sale of our current property and purchase of our new one. Rooz was extremely diligent in all matters related to our transactions. We developed a plan together and we executed it to ensure our satisfaction. I would be happy to refer Rooz and his team to my friends and family for their real estate needs. Thank you for all your hard work.

My parter and I have been consulting with Rooz about a residential investment property for some time now. Not once have we felt pressured to do anything we are not ready for. He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He presents data clearly, with no bias, so that we can make the best informed decision on how to navigate these uncertain times. I am happy to recommend all my friends and loved ones to use him and his team for residential and commercial real restate needs. I know they are in good hands.

So the market is cooling off the highs are gone. Don’t tell Rooz Zare and associates that. We were happy to work with Rooz on our recent listing. Understanding the market was cooling we wanted to sell as soon as possible. We agree on a list price and surprisingly there were 12 showings over the first weekend. At the beginning of the week Rooz called us and said we had some work to do and he shared 4 offers with us. His attention to detail, dedication, hard work ethic and understanding our goals and objectives, we accepted an offer that was substantially higher than listed price. Now that’s good service. His team also kept us informed of every detail along the way. I will list again with Rooz without a doubt. I am in Sales and Marketing senior Executive and have been around the block a time or two. These guys know their game and a GOLD Medal performance in my opinion.

My realtor and Zare team serviced me selling my condo and purchasing a townhouse with five star rating. My realtor got me the highest price for my condo in history of the building, and when I selected a place I wanted to buy, he successfully executed job. Zare team did a wonderful job with staging, measuring, photo and video presentation as well as making beautiful brochures. I am very glad I met such professional realtor and team.

We honestly could not have bought our first dream home without Rooz and his team. In such an uncertain housing market, we really were looking for the near impossible. But Rooz made it possible. His determination kept us going when every door shut on us. His quick thinking and prompt actions helped us to success. Even his positive words of reassurance on the harder days were wonderful . Everything we had asked for, was met and more. What a blessing! If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. He is the real deal , he will get you there! With so much love and gratitude, We Thank you Rooz!! 👏👏🙏

Zare & Associates Real Estate were easily the best choice to make in this hectic market. We were able to sell our townhouse, which sold for the highest amount in our complex, with ease. It was clear they were excellent at their marketing campaign. In addition, we were able to find a house on this challenging market (seller’s market) without breaking the bank. We were never pressured to put in any offer we weren’t comfortable. If we need a realtor in the future, we would not hesitate in seeking out their guidance. We would not hesitate in recommending Zare & Associates to any family or friends. We thank our friends that recommended Zare & Associates to us.

Gave clear, direct guidance and provided me with the tools and resources I needed to make a good decision. 100/10, will refer to all of my friends and family moving forward.

Kelvin and Rooz are two of the finest real estate agents in the lower mainland. They made the process of sell our apartment and purchasing our new home a breeze. They were available to us 24/7, listened attentively to our many requests and changes, and always made sure to have our best interest at heart.

My real estate agent was Manjit Gill. She was very helpful with every aspect of selling my home and purchasing a new one. I have no knowledge of the real estate business and she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and secure in what was being done. Manjit was always available for questions. I was also impressed with the photography of the house, the drone shots and the brochures that were put out. I would highly recommend Manjit Gill and her company.

I was referred to Rooz and his team by a good friend of mine. After working unsuccessfully with my last realtor for over 4 month and missing out on many different properties I finally decided to part ways with my last realtor. With Rooz and his team’s help I managed to find my dream home within one week. He worked very hard and presented me with all on market as well as off market properties. Although the market was extremely competitive he helped me due a very thorough due diligence before we wrote any offers. We were competing with 8 other offers and we managed to come out ahead while not paying the highest price. Rooz is an expert negotiator and seems to have an impeccable reputation in the industry which helped me find & secure the best deal. Manjit Gill is a genuinely kind person and an amazing realtor. Our family feel so fortunate to have met her during our home search in BC. She was ceaselessly patient, prompt to communicate and answered all of our questions which made the whole searching and buying process less stressful and apprehensive. As a family who is a little unfamiliar with the province, she made sure to be with us every step of the way and because of that we were able to purchase a perfect home that fits our family’s needs.
